Tds refund on cellular tower rental

hi

i have a jio cellular tower installed in my property. they pay me monthly rental of Rs.18000/- after deducting Rs.2000/- as TDS per month. they issue me TDS refund certificate for the period.

now, i want to file returns before 31st. what do i do to get refund of TDS amount deducted on monthly basis? 

also, i am a small scale agriculturist. do i need to show my agricultural income when filing ITR?  

pls explain step-by-step process.. like type of income to select etc.
