I have TDS Refund of Rs. 1,00,000/-
( Compulsory Land Acquisition ) of AY 2016-17
I did not file income tax return and the date is over.
is there any ...any option available for me to get Refund ?
File condonation request for delay in filing return with your Jurisdictional CIT; u/s. 119(2)(b).
After getting approval, you can file ITR for AY 2016-17, and claim refund.
