Dear experts
i got my TDS deducted in the FY 2008-09 and 2009-10 and i did not claim the same as i was not furnishing my return of income tax at that time. so please let me know whether i can claim the same if i file ITR for the Asst Year 2015-16?

Hi,
You can't claim the refund of earlier years by fliling for AY 15-16. The return filing due dates for earlier years you mentioned are aalready expired.
The TDS credit is of no use as on today !!!!

Pls go through the circular 9/2015. U claim any refund upto 6 years.
