Education cess & surcharges is not applicable on all TDS Rates
Rate are Indl./HUF Comapny
194A 10% 20%
194C 1% 2%
194H 10% 10%
194I 10% 10% (Rent on Building,Furniture & fixture)
194I 2% 2% (Rent on Plant , Machinery & equipment)
194J 10% 10%

CEss is no longer applicable on TDS on rates except where tds is deducted u/s 192
