Could you please provide TDS Rate applicable to Individual and Company while Payment or giving credit

TDS rate on Software Services Individual/Company

Receiving Software Services from an Individual and from a Company is altogether a technical services receipt, which shall come under 194J , rate is 10% . In any case the recipient is making a contract for regular service then can be stated as under 194C. For Individual/HUF the Rate is 1% and for others its 2%.
