what does mobilization of equipment charges mean?? i mean what kind of equipments..

if the charges for the rental and mobilisation are separately stated then tds rete on mobilisation will be u/s 194c.
otherwise, it will be doubtful because mobilisation will include rental of equipment for the period for which they are in transit during mobilisation
