Which rate of tds deducted on barber services?

Hello dears
I suppose the rate of tds is for barber service is @ 1 or 2 % accordingly. since it is a contract of bailment in between customer and shopkeeper to do the needful.
I would also suggest if the limit increase above Rs 180000 only. then only the rate will applicable.

Not much clear ur question,if there is a nature of contract,then TDS is deducted 194C..
Rate 1 %.If deductee is INDIVIDUAL/HUF
Rate 2% in other case.
