Tcs on motor vehicle threshold limit is ten lakhs and 10% applicable and normal goods purchases tds is 50 lakhs and above at 0.10%

Yes, You are right for purchase of MOTOR VEHICLE
But, The Query is Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance...
So, Ten percent TDS not applicable.
Pls post the conditions of contract.
