Dear Sanket,

1) TDS will not be deducted.

2) TDS will be deducted on the total amount of bill.

Dear Sanket

are you talking about total purchases of printing & stationery. then it will not attrect TDS. If  bills or bill raised by them are more then 50000 in a financial year then they are liable to deduct tax.

Dear Sanket,

This is one of the FAQ clariofied by the CBDT in circular no. 715
