TDS quarterly statements

E filing is not compulsory for an individual. He can file in physical form too.

under provisions ,Penalty  for Rs 100/-per day for delayed filing each  tds/tcs returns .

But penalty will be paid , only when  demand raised by deptt

Yes, it is a proprietory firm with turnover<60 lakhs. Whether he is required to file quarterly returns for tax deducted on  salary paid or one annual return?
