As per my knowledge for Asst Year 2011-12 & 2012-13 If transportor having PAN Number no need to deduct TDS
Whether there is any limit that transportor should not have more than 3 vehicles or we have to collect any Prescribed form from Transportor
Pls clarify
no limit regarding this.
if pan is provided than no tds is to be deducted
