I have a query please resolve my question.
one person whose pan was not link with aadhar hence tds will be deducted from higher rate @ 20% but after correction in pan, pan linked with aadhar successfully. so i make corrections revised return in online in traces but status will remain unchanged higher rate remain show now.
what to do. applicability criteria of pan valid & Operative??
Whether you payee or receiver ?? well & if possible, change the date of invoice or whatever note it may be , & the date should be well after the pan aadhar link.
