Tds paid twice

tds paid two timesin the last month on services received. can i adjust in next payment or claim for refund.

pls... advice me on this issue.

Hi,

Offcourse u can adjust in the subsequent payment. See for ex. if you have to deduct and pay rs 100 but u deducted rs 100 and payed 200 then, the rest of 100 can be adjusted with subsequent returns. In the subsquent return, u mention the challan no in nsdl utility.
