TDS PAID BUT CHALLAN NOT GENERATED

I had paid TDS on 7 sep which was failed but amount debited from my bank account and challan status is showing PAYMENT FAILED hence no challan generated.
there is no option to file complaint on incometax portal for TDS payment related matter.
anyone can help to resolve this

Check Bank statement for reversal of TDS after three days, if not reverted in the Bank statement then same was accepted by the income tax department and still challan is not generated, then file compleint with help desk . In main manu /help option / contact us section, you will find help desk number .
