while doing payment of TDs online by mistake entered 194c instead of 194j
can anyone tell me the procedure of getting it correct are there any consequencies related to it.

Just inform your concern Bank through which you have made the payment. Bank have authority to make the correction but for a limited time period after that you have to write a letter to Income Tax Department.
