Whether TDS is exempted on payment of transportation charges to all transporters or only to transport operators u/s 44AE? As per circular no 052010 issued by CBDT, TDS on payment made to transport operators is exempt provided transporter shows PAN.

Any body please explain.Iam also having the same doubt.
NO TDS has to be deducted if Transporter provides his PAN during the time of payment.
All Transporters are covered within this exemption.
