Absolutely right Ankurji,
I want to know the applicability. My confusion is because of the amendment w.e.f 01st June 2015. The transportor is eligible for deduction u/s 194C.
So if the invoice date is before 1st June and Booking date is Post 01st June, then whether TDS applicable?
