Transporter has more than 10 vehicles, no declaration received from the transporter:
Date of Document :- 25/05/2015.
Date of Posting in the books:- 05/06/2015

tds would be applicable only if the ceiling limits specified understand section 194c has been crossed.
in your case if limit has been crossed then deduct tds as per applicable rate from the whole amount.

Absolutely right Ankurji,
I want to know the applicability. My confusion is because of the amendment w.e.f 01st June 2015. The transportor is eligible for deduction u/s 194C.
So if the invoice date is before 1st June and Booking date is Post 01st June, then whether TDS applicable?
