In Case of TDS on Transporter:
Transporter issues the builty , while at the time of Payment Pan Number is provided by the owner of Truck/Vehicle:
Now if the payment is made to Transporter – we do not have the PAN number of Transport as the pan is provided by the Owner of Vehicle:
So what should we do in this situation?
