Dear Sir,
We have purchased a material from Vendor. The vemdor had arranged material transportation through rail rakes. for this transportation, he had submitted a debit note. now my question is whether TDS is applicable to these transport charges, as these are part of purchase proceeds.

If vendor mention on their debit note Reimbrushment of transportation charges , then TDS is not applicable.
