Shortly we are going to upgrade our internet leased line connection by BSNL. They will charge one time installation charge and annual recurring bandwidtth cost and Service Tax thereon. So far my knowledge goes, payment made by subscribers to Telecom Companies is not liable to deduct tax under 194J or 194C. Please let me know if there is anything more to say about this. Thank you!
