Pls let me know whether subcription amount of Rs.132000/- paid by a listed comapny for ZEE Tv bucket is liable to TDS.

TDS ON SUBSCRIPTION OF TV CHANNEL

If it is in the nature of Subscripttion then No tds will be deducted .
But if it is given for the advertisement purpose TDS will be deducted @ the rate of 1%+10%sch(if applicable)+3%sch.
i.e.1.03 or 1.133 as the case may be.
