TDS on Subscription of Microsoft 365

Hi

 

Do we have to deduct TDS on subscripttion of Microsoft 365 from Microsoft India? Amount paid is above INR 30,000.

My view is

yes, under section 194j but tax rate is 2% (technical services). correct me if I am wrong

Fees for Technical Services. It attracts section 194J . Tds @ 2% is applicable as said by above member
