we received one invoice from CII, it's regarding to subscripttion for one year. on this they charged service tax. For this can we deduct TDS @ 11.33%.

i dont think so there will be t.d.s clause applicable...........

No TDS is applicable for subscribing to any magazine as it merely an advance payment for purchase.
