Entity has Purchased MS Office of around Rs. 150000/- from a shopkeeper.

Whether TDS would be deducted as a royalty??

No. If its readymade software purchased over floppy or disk.

If its Tailor made/Customised then TDS is attracted and if Readymade than No TDS.

Yes, readymade software are treated as goods. No TDS.
