TDS on Scratch winning (urgent) ?

We are offering the gifts to our customers by scratch card. will this transaction attract TDS.

If yes will be deducted or accepted, If the value of the product is more than Rs. 10,000/-.

Please reply urgently.

IF it is considering under winning of lottery and etc then it attracts to TDS deduction @ 30%

agree...i also thought it will come under lottery and 30% TDS will be deducted...
