TDS on Royalty
i want to know if we are paying royalty and yearle service charges for walky talky is this payment should deduct TDS, if yes , under which head and what is rate

For payments made toward the rental of walkie-talkie equipment, you should generally deduct TDS at 2% under Section 194-I, provided the annual payment to the vendor exceeds the threshold limit of ₹2.4L
