TDS on residential property purchased under 50 Lakh
Hi... I just want to clear the doubt that is TDS payable by purchaser if he buys residential property below 50 lakh ( 49,75,000). Kindly advice. Thanks

No if value is less than 50 lakhs then TDS should not be deducted
