TDS on Rent u/s 194IB

If rent of >50,000 is paid on a monthly basis,
will TDS be deducted on monthly basis?
Or will it be deducted for the whole year from the Rent of last month?
(i.e March)

tds deducted in the last month of previous year.

Even if payments are being made earlier like monthly it is always deducted in the last month?

Payment of rent is done monthly thats why deduct TDS also monthly

tds under this section needs to deduct monthly but return need file in once in year or before tenancy period ..

TDS is to be deducted on the last month of year or last month of tenancy as the case may be

Credit or payment thereof whichever is earlier

As per section 194ib or any other section of TDS.TDS is calculated on monthly basis except few sections
