our h.o pays tds on behalf of branch and branch shows exp. in his books (rent) so, how to shows entire entries in h.o and branch books

In Branch Books: Rent A/c Dr (by Total Amount) To HO (By TDS Amount) To Party/cash/bank (By Balance Amount) In HO Books: Branch Account Dr. (TDS Amount) To TDS Payable/Bank/Cash If HO and Branch both are having saperate PAN then entries will be different
