Are you having TAN no of income tax Dept to deduct TDS ?. Because TAN no is must to deduct TDS . please confirm

tds is to be deducted @ 5% on annual rent in the last month of payment or on the termination of the contract. tds to be deducted in the last month in your case is (65000*12*5%) i. e. 33000 . last month payment of rent is 32000.
