TDS on Reimbursement of Courier Charges
Courier Charges incurred in Vietnam on hehalf of Indian company which is to reimburse. Whether it is required to deduct TDS and at what rate?

Reimbrsement of exp. does not comes under TDS purview.

reimbursement of courier charges to company must be paid after deducting of TDS at 2% becoz it is just like a contract that we are to be made with service provider.....
