Tds on purchased on house property

A person buying a property on 20 oct  and registry in same day ,

can he pay tds before 20 oct bcz registry can not be done before full payment of consideration .and  tds is part of consideration ?

Practically purchaser cannot transfer payment to Seller without DD or banker's cheque.

So, the bifurcation of TDS from payment part is arranged before registry. Similarly the payment of TDS can be adjusted before registy, be on same day!!

sir incase of the buyers pays ths tds fully then what to do?

No question of TDS deduction/ payment in next installment/s of the year.

i mean if 1 buyer pays the tds fully is tht ok? 

No. It should be diducted by each purchasers as per ownership ratio. But ITO (TDS) may be approached for adjustment.

how to do that?  as couple of local ca seem to say it doesnt matter as full amount is paid and thats wat matters
