Not withdrawn yet. But it is heard that the Notification has landed into some trouble in a case before Hon'ble Karnataka High Court. Please get clarified from your tax consultant

Can anyone plz tell me, is TDS aplicable on purchase of hardware(steel, wood, glass...etc) with vat bill.

TDS is not applicable on purchase of goods.
