There is 1 buyer and 2 sellers. While depositing TDS through 26QB buyer mistakenly deposited whole TDS in one seller instead of both sellers.

Quick Summary
A buyer has mistakenly deposited the entire TDS amount for a land purchase to only one of the two sellers using Form 26QB. They are seeking advice on how to correct this error. Initial suggestions indicate that the buyer may need to wait for the seller who received the excess TDS to file their tax return and claim a refund, while the buyer deposits the shortfall to the second seller. A link to revise Form 26QB has been provided for further investigation.

You cannot fo anything now . Wait till that seller files return and gets refund .
You have to deposit the short in seller 2.
