i have purchase property from NRI person than tds form no 26qb is applicable or not.

50 Lakhs purchase valuable purchased it applicable.1% (Immoveable property,)

i know but i have purchase property from NRI person than 26qb applicable or not bcz i Read it act 26 qb not applicable for NRI person. taken a TAN no and dedication a TDS but i have not any clerify so pls give me clarification all export...urgent

Yes, 26QB not applicable. Section 194IA not applicable, but TDS required to be deducted u/s. 195, while purchasing any immovable property from NRI. So TAN no is required.
