Are we supposed to deduct TDS on transportaion/shifting of materials i.e freight charges on household goods by Agarwal Packers

No deduction u/s.194C is to be made by an individual or HUF if the payment is made to a contractor for personal purpose. (Please note that their accounts are not subject to audit u/s.44AB)
