194C or 194J?

Section 194C is 2% deduction on payments to contractors. Under 194j if payment made in a financial year to same person is less than 30,000 rs than no need to deduct tds. In section 194c, limit is of 30,000 for single payment and 75,000 rs for aggregate payment made to a person in a year.

I know the provisions
Only rights given then 194c
If work done by actually dubbing n paying dat person den 194j
but payment made only for dubbing rights of a movie comes under a royalty payment, right? Won't 194J be applicable
yes 194J wud only apply
I would like to clarify that it is not a contract... but it is an outright sale of dubbing rights of a movie...
Yes sale of rights then would be treared as royalty and 194j apply
