Tds on more than one sale of property by one buyer and one seller

Hello Sir,

If one Buyer purchase more than one property/flat by single builder/seller and if

1) He registered seperate agreement for each property/flat and

2) Each property consideration value is less than Rs 50 lakh;

then Is TDS applicaple?

tds not applicable as the threshold limit of Rs. 50 lakh will be applicable to each and every property separately.

No, provsions of section 194IA does not hit in your case

Under 194-IA Consideration of property is seen. It would be taken per Property wise separately.

In your case No Tds is Applicable.
