Tds on messaging services

Sir/Madam

We have a client doing insurance business with private limited company, who has provide SMS to thier client or other for marketing or reminder through Vodafone co.whose bill raised to above 50000 (with service tax chargable on it).So will TDS be applicable on payment by my client to vodafone on such transaction? If yes,under which head?
