A Company pays membership subscripttion to a website (Indiastat.com).
Can anyone tell me whether TDS is applicable on this or not.

The nature of Membership Subscripttion for Indiastat.com is for accessing non-common web information. It's just like payment for accesing noukri.com for employees search. So, TDS will be applicable U/s 194C.
