Further to my query on internet charges, if TDS has to be deducted, under what section-professional or contract???

If TDS is to be deducted, it will be under section 194J and not under section 194C.
You will recall, earlier TDS was also tried on the mobile phone charges and it was not under section 194C but u/s 194J
