Tds on interest on unsecured loan

sir i have taken rs 10000000 unsecured loan in jan 2012 i alerady deduct tds on interest amount on unsecured loan in f.y.-2017-18 . but i have taken some additional few amount unsecured loan in march 2018 ... where i calculate that the interest amount on additional some amount loan does not exceed rs 5000 in f.y. 2017-18...so can i deduct tds on some amount of additional unsecured loan in f.y. 2017-18 ???? plz reply sir

YES. You have to deduct TDS on additional amount of Interest too....as total interest payable during the FY2017-18 exceeds Rs.5,000/-.

But the additional amount of loan taken shall be from the same person.

sir under sec 194 I if i pay monthly rent of rs 16000 and i deduct tds 10% every month after continuing 3 months suddenly if i leave the office room and in that case what will be the situation on tds which i have deducted for 3 months because in this f.y. rent amount does not exceeds of rs 180000.... plz reply me sir

In that case file TDS return for the period you have deducted tax.
