When Hotel is booked through an agent and the bill is produced in the name of "Saral Properties", while the hotel name is "Hotel Corporate Park", whether such payment attract TDS?. Kindly clarify this issue. Thanks in advance
TDS has to be deducted as the payment is being done to agent u/s 94H... Plz correct if i m wrong
