I always book hotel for our Client who are from other countries, I book the hotel in different state, Whether I can take input on GST
also should we deduct TDS on the hotel charges paid we are a pvt ltd company

If hotel is in different state then you cant claim ITC.
If it is in same state then can we take Input Tax Credit
yes if it is in same state they you can claim ITC
