can you please clarify, whether TDS to be deducted on the "Basic value" or "Total amount including GST" where invoice issued by supplier for the services provided by him under section 194C of income Tax Act.

But I think no provision either in Income tax or GST clarifies it. So if you can provide the base then it ll be helpful.
