Is tds is applicable on membership fee of Forum of regulators. If yes under which section of tds?
If it is refundable, no TDS applicable.
Never heard yet ,about tds on membership fees ............. please correct me if wrong................ .....
Membership fees if credited as deposit/advance it doesn't attract TDS.
Otherwise it is considered as a charge/fees which attracts TDS u/s. 194C IT act.
