We are doing advance payment to foreign company, what will be TDS rate and section for this transaction. and which document we will provide foreign company against this deduction.

If you are making payment for import of goods, no TDS will be applicable. If payment is against services, TDS will be attracted @ 20% if PAN is not provided by foreign company.
