Hi every body,
We have finance lease and we are paying lease rental. We will be capitalising the asset as per AS-19 Leases. Please suggest me, do we need to deduct the tax as per 194 (I) .?
Though at the time of buying the asset invoice was prepared in our firm name.

Irresepctive of the nature of lease, we need to deduct TDS
