Dear all,
please clarify, A IT company took Consulting from Doctor regarding healthcare project. so, What will be the TDS section applicability and % of TDS deductions on Fees of the doctor?
TDS has to be deducted u/s 194J @ 10% as it is a professional service.
Provided that the amount payable or likely to be paid exceeds more than Rs. 30,000 in a financial year
