I fall in the 10% tax bracket. The bank has already cut a 10% TDS from my FD interest income which I have reported in the ITR. Do I also need to add the FD interest income to my total taxable income?

You need to add the FD inteterest income, but at the same time provide the TDS details, so that you dont get taxed twice for the same earning.
